Marianne M. Stivala, Esquire

I've been an attorney since 2001, licensed in Pennsylvania where I spent over two decades advising clients, solving problems and guiding individuals and businesses through important legal decisions. In 2025, after raising my family and embracing the “empty nest” phase of life, I pursued a long-standing goal and became licensed to practice law in Florida. This next chapter has allowed me to combine my passion for the law with a deep appreciation for serving individuals and businesses in South Florida.

I focus my practice on three core areas:

  • Business Law – Helping entrepreneurs and small businesses with entity formation, contracts, and ongoing legal needs.

  • Real Estate Transactions – Representing clients in the purchase and sale of residential and commercial properties.

  • Wills & Estates – Providing thoughtful estate planning services, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and guidance through probate and estate administration.

Whether you’re launching a new business, buying a home, or planning your legacy, I provide clear, personalized legal guidance grounded in years of practical experience. As a solo practitioner, I work closely with each client, offering attentive service, straightforward advice, and a commitment to protecting what matters most.

Licensed in both Pennsylvania and Florida, I bring a broad perspective and a strong foundation to every matter I handle—delivering trusted legal support with professionalism, integrity, and care.  I am invested in your success.
